Terms of use

1. Who we are

MoveMyFile is operated by HSE Support Germany s.r.o., Nové sady 988/2, Staré Brno, 602 00 Brno, Czech Republic, company ID 29772745, registered under C 152831, Regional Court in Brno (“we”). Contact: support@movemyfile.eu.

2. The service

MoveMyFile lets you store files and photos and send them by link, to people and to groups, collect files through upload requests and work together in teams. Recipients of a link do not need an account.

3. Your account

You need to be at least 15 years old to create an account. Keep your password safe and your details correct. You are responsible for what happens in your account and in workspaces you manage.

4. Plans and prices

The Free plan is free of charge with the limits shown on the Plans page. Paid plans (Solo, Crew, Fleet) will be offered with the prices and limits stated there; you will only pay after you choose a paid plan yourself. We may change plans and limits for the future and will tell you in advance; existing paid periods are not affected.

5. What is not allowed

Content or activity that is illegal or infringes the rights of others — in particular child sexual abuse material, terrorist content, hate speech, copyright infringement, other people’s personal data without a legal basis, malware or phishing.

Using MoveMyFile for spam, to attack or overload the service, to get around limits, or with fake or throw-away accounts.

We may stop links, remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, in serious cases without notice. Anyone can report content with “Report content”; we review reports without delay and record our decisions.

6. Your content

Your files remain yours. You give us only the permission needed to store, process (for example create previews), transfer and show them to the people you choose, for as long as you use the service. You confirm that you are allowed to share what you upload.

7. Availability and backups

We work to keep MoveMyFile available and your files safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, especially on the Free plan. MoveMyFile is not a backup: keep your own copies of important files.

8. Liability

We are liable for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence and as required by mandatory law. Otherwise our liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.

9. Ending

You can delete your account at any time in Settings; your files are then deleted. We may end the contract with 30 days’ notice, or immediately for serious breaches of these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We will inform registered users about changes at least 30 days in advance by e-mail or in the app. If you do not agree, you can delete your account before the change takes effect.

11. Law and disputes

Czech law applies; mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence remains unaffected. Consumers can turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, www.coi.cz) for out-of-court dispute resolution.
