What the protocol contains
Sender, date and expiry, protection, every file with its size and SHA-256 checksum, the recipients with when they got access, opened the share and downloaded — plus an access log.
Made for documentation duties
Safety documents, plans, certificates, handover folders: keep the protocol with the project file. The checksum shows that the file downloaded is exactly the file you sent.

It is a factual record from MoveMyFile (times, recipients, checksums). How it counts in a dispute depends on your contract and local law.
Does it work for links without accounts?
Yes. For anonymous links the protocol records opens and downloads of the link.
