Every version of MoveMyFile and what changed.

  1. Version 0.16.0current

    Ready for launch: legal pages and reporting content

    • Terms of use, privacy policy and imprint in four languages, linked at the bottom of every page.
    • Anyone who opens a shared link can report illegal content with “Report content”; the operator reviews reports in Správa.
    • Support now answers at support@movemyfile.eu. Sign-in can be protected against bots.

  2. Version 0.15.0

    Free, Solo, Crew and Fleet — and 2 GB for free

    • The free plan now has 2 GB of storage and files up to 2 GB each — with no monthly transfer limit.
    • New plan names and prices: Solo €4 for one person, Crew €12 for a whole group of up to 30 people (one price, not per person), Fleet tailored to companies. Payments start soon.
    • MoveMyFile is for every group: new pages for schools, photographers and clubs.

  3. Version 0.14.0

    Plans page and pages in your language

    • New Plans page: what Free includes today and what Pro and Business will add. Tell us in Settings which paid plan you would want — we write to you first when it starts.
    • Every public page now has its own address per language (for example /de/plans), so friends and search engines land on the right language.
    • New pages on sharing construction drawings, site photo documentation, the handover protocol and sending large files.

  4. Version 0.13.0

    Invite colleagues: 1 GB extra for both of you

    • New “Invite colleagues” page with your personal link (copy, WhatsApp, e-mail). When a colleague creates a free account through it, you both get 1 GB of storage — up to 10 GB for you.
    • The “Sent with MoveMyFile” note on your links now carries your invitation too.
    • You get a notification (and an e-mail) when someone joins through your link.

  5. Version 0.12.0

    E-mail notifications

    • When someone sends you files, comments, invites you to a team or a link is about to expire and you do not open it in the app within a few minutes, you get an e-mail — several at once arrive as one.
    • E-mails come in your app language from noreply@movemyfile.eu. Settings → E-mail notifications turns them off.
    • Sign-in e-mails (confirming your address, a new password) now look like MoveMyFile and speak your language.

  6. Version 0.11.0

    Plans Free, Pro and Business: subfolders and custom branding

    • Every workspace now has a plan (Free, Pro or Business); Settings shows yours. Payments are not switched on yet — the operator can upgrade testers by hand.
    • Teams on Pro can create subfolders, two levels deep: e.g. “Stavba” → “Electrical plans”, “Water plans”. The path is shown above the files.
    • Pro: custom branding — your company name, colour and logo on the page your recipients open, without “Sent with MoveMyFile”. Settings → Custom branding.

  7. Version 0.10.2

    Hand a group over

    • Groups → Manage → Hand over…: the group moves to one of its members, who can then send to it. You can stay in it as a recipient and keep your own copy.
    • Help explains the difference between a group and a team.

    Hand a team over

    • The owner of a team can make another member the owner (Team → Make owner). The previous owner stays in the team as admin.
    • The new owner gets a notification.
    • Before deleting your account, hand your teams over so they and their files stay.

    Delete your account yourself

    • Settings → Delete account: you see what will be deleted, confirm with your password, and the account and all files are gone at once.
    • Behind the scenes: an overview for the operator — numbers only, never your file names or contents.

    Invitations for beta testers

    • Personal invitation links: whoever joins through one becomes a beta tester with 5 GB of storage.
    • The invitation page greets you by name in your language.
    • Small fixes on the home page and in the password reset.

    Help, FAQ and feedback

    • New Help page with answers to the most common questions and a contact address.
    • This “What’s new” page: every version and what changed. A “New” mark in the app tells you when there is something new.
    • Send an idea, a problem or a question straight from the app under Help.

  12. Version 0.9.0

    Teams, four languages and fast photo previews

    • Teams: invite people and give each a role — from “View only” to “Admin”.
    • MoveMyFile speaks English, Czech, German and Slovak.
    • Photos load fast as previews and open sharp in full screen; downloads are always the original. Slideshow included.
    • Recipients see photos as a gallery and can download everything as one ZIP.
    • Collect photos from anyone by QR code — they need no account. Move files between phone and computer the same way.
    • Links can have a PIN or password, allow just one download, get a longer expiry or be sent again without uploading.
    • Folders, Day/Night appearance, install as an app on your phone, handover protocol to print or save as PDF.
    • Free plan: 500 MB of storage.

  13. Version 0.8.0

    Send to people and groups

    • Send files by link, to a person or to a whole group.
    • Files sent to you wait under Received.
    • Sent shows who opened and downloaded what; you can stop a share at any time.
    • Notes, comments and notifications on shares.
    • Large files upload reliably in parts and continue after a short connection drop.
