A simple way to send files and photos: upload them, choose who gets them and send. No folder maze and no permission settings.

The Free plan includes 2 GB of storage, files up to 2 GB each, no monthly transfer limit and all features you see in the app. Paid plans Solo and Crew (for whole groups at one price) are coming; nothing changes for you without your consent.

Invite colleagues: under “Invite colleagues” you find your personal link. When someone creates a free account through it, you both get 1 GB extra — up to 10 GB for you. The “Sent with MoveMyFile” note on your links carries it too.

Yes. Open MoveMyFile in the browser and install it from Settings (“App on this device”). It then opens like an app and appears in your phone’s Share menu, so you can send photos straight from the gallery.

English, Czech, German and Slovak. MoveMyFile follows your browser’s language; change it any time in Settings or at the bottom of this page.

Upload, then choose how to send: as a link, to a person with a MoveMyFile account, or to a whole group. People you send to directly find the files under Received.

Not for a link — anyone with the link can open it. Sending to a person or a group needs them to have an account.

As long as you choose when sending. Under Sent you can extend it, stop it at any time or send the same files again without uploading.

Yes: add a PIN or a password, or allow just one download. Sent shows when the files were opened and downloaded.

Yes. Under Requests create an upload request and share its link or QR code. Whatever they upload lands in your Files.

No. MoveMyFile shows fast previews, but every download is the original file in full quality.

As a gallery with full-screen view and slideshow. They can download single photos or everything as one ZIP file.

A group is a list of people you send to at once, like “Family” — they only receive what you send, nothing else. A team is a shared workspace: everyone works with the same files and storage, each with a role.

Create a team under Team and invite people who have a MoveMyFile account. Each person gets a role — for example View only, Download only, Photo manager or Admin. The team has its own storage, separate from your personal one.

No. People with View only cannot download, but anything shown on a screen can still be photographed or saved.

Only you and the people you send them to or invite into your team. Files are private by default and every share can be stopped at any time.

Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page and we will send you a link to set a new one.

In Settings → Delete account. You confirm with your password; the account and all your files are deleted at once. You can also write to us.
